Social Inclusion

Sport is one of the cheapest and most efficient ways to educate and in an extremely unequal society like ours, much of our population has little or no access to education. We are implementing a core of work focused on the development of sports and educational activities  aiming at valuing principles pertinent to sport, such as discipline, character, honesty, respect, cooperation, among others, aimed at children and adolescents from municipal and state public schools located around the Training Center.
There is also a joint work with ABBR (Brazilian Benefit Rehabilitation Association) in which we use pararowing as a tool of resocialization for patients with physical disabilities. In all these initiatives a work is also carried out to capture possible future talents both for rowing and the pararowing.
